Our mission is to initiate, encourage, solicit, plan, organize, support, recognize, endorse, publicize or carry any appropriate activity, program or public event as from time to time may be deemed by the membership of H.E.A.R. to be of benefit of the educational endeavors of youth, and/or the general interest of the citizenry and residents of Roseville.
